Occasionally you may have a client that you can’t help – they may be in pre-foreclosure or 100% financed. Instead of turning the client away – refer them to us and we will pay you $500 for any seller you refer that sells their house to us. We will let you know within 24 hours after we meet with your seller if we’ll be able to help them out.
